摘要
在中国社会转型期,管理层收购是国企产权改革的一种方式。在实践中由于它没有能够处理好国家、管理层和国企职工的相互利益关系,因而产生了诸多负面效应。文章分析了其弊端产生的深层次原因,同时提出了一些对策建议。
In the Chinese transitional period of society, management buyout is a way of property right reform of state-owned enterprises. Because it fails to handle interests of the country, management and state-owned enterprise workers well in practice, management buyout has produced a great deal of negative effects. This article analyses the reasons why its drawbacks arose and proposes some countermeasures.
