云南大理洱海周边地带小兽及其体表恙螨群落多样性分析

摘要 目的:探讨云南大理洱海周边地带小兽群落及小兽体表恙螨群落多样性指数、物种丰富度、均匀度及优势度指数之间的关系。方法:应用Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H')、物种丰富度(S)、均匀度(J')和优势度指数(C')进行分析。结果:捕获小兽3313只,鉴定为7科14属21种。从3313只小兽双侧耳壳、耳窝共采获恙螨56150只,鉴定为3亚科13属109种。在松林生境、灌丛生境、农田生境及农舍生境中,松林生境采获的小兽及小兽体表恙螨数量最多,小兽总数1266只,构成比38.09%,物种丰富度(S=18)、多样性指数(H'=1.9032)、均匀度(J'=0.6585)最高,优势度指数低(C'=0.2164);小兽体表采获恙螨18625只,构成比33.13%,物种丰富度(S=94)、多样性指数(H'=4.3404)、均匀度(J'=0.9553)最高,优势度指数低(C'=0.2658)。而在农舍生境捕获的小兽及小兽体表的恙螨数量、物种丰富度、多样性指数则最低。结论:云南大理洱海周边地带小兽群落及小兽体表的恙螨群落的多样性指数有明显的相关性。小兽宿主的生境结构及人为干扰程度直接影响恙螨物种丰富度及多样性指数。 Objective: To investigate the relationship among Shannon-Wiener diversity index (H'), Richness (S), evenness (J') and dominance index (C) of small mammal community and its ectoparasitic chigger mite community in the surrounding area of Erhai Lake in Dali of Yunnan,China. Methods.- Shannon-Wiener diversity index (H'), richness (S), evenness (J') and dominance index (C) are used for the community analysis of both small mammals and their ectoparasitic chigger mites. Results: The captured 3313 small mammals were identified as 21 species and 14 genera in 7 families. 56150 individuals of chigger mites were collected from the two auricles of 3313 small mammal hosts and they were then identified as 109 species and 13 genera in 3 subfamilies of Trombiculidae. Of four kinds of ecological habitats (pinewoods, bushes, farmland and farmer houses), 1266 small mammal hosts are captured from pinewoods, which makes the most abundant part of the hosts with 38.09% of constitutional ratio and the highest richness (S= 18), Shannon- Wiener diversity index ( H'= 1. 9032) and evenness (J'= 0. 6585), but lower dominance index (C=0. 2164). 18625 chigger mites collected from the body surface of small mammals in pinewoods account for 33. 13% of the total collected chigger mites and the chigger mite community in the pinewoods also get the highest value of richness (S=94), Shannon-Wiener diversity index (H'=4. 3404) and evenness (J'= 0. 9553), but lower dominance index (C= 0. 2658). Both the captured small mammals and collected chigger mites are the lowest in farmer houses with lowest richness and diversity index. Conclusions: From the point of community diversity, there is an obvious correlation between small mammals and their ectoparasitic chigger mites in the surrounding areas of Er- hal Lake in Dali of the Yunnan, China.
