摘要
中国村民自治制度兴起后,更多的中外学者从民主价值追求的角度对村民自治表达了学术关怀。其实,国家积极推动村民自治制度,主要是从工具合理性角度考虑的。随着村民自治制度的不断完善,这一制度推进政治发展、经济进步和社会稳定的功能日见清晰。
Since the rise of the Chinese villagers＇ self-Governance system, more Chinese and foreign scholars express their academic concern for the Villagers＇ Self-Governance from the value of democracy. In fact, the state pushes the villagers＇self-Govemance system actively,mainly considering from the tool rationality angle. Along with the constant improvement the villagers＇self-Governance system, the function of this system in pushing forward political development, economic progress and social stability will be seen more clearly.
