摘要
随着知识经济的到来,人力资源将是“21世纪第一资源”。人力资源竞争力将成为我国高新区获取可持续发展动力的源泉,成为各高新区相互竞争的焦点。本文在微观企业的人力资源生成机制的研究基础上,试图探索出高新区人力资源竞争力的宏观实现机制,以为我国高新区构筑人力资源竞争力提供可行的实施路径。
With the Knowledge Economics coming in, the human resource will be the first resource in the 21st century. The human resource competitiveness will be the motive power for the China H&T zones to achieve the sustainable development, be the mutual competition core for the H&T zones. On the basis of the research of the micro-realization mechanism of the company, this paper wants to find out the macro-realization mechanism of the H&T zones to supply an accessible way for our H&T zones to construct their human resource competitiveness.
