摘要
作为一种理解和把握问题的特殊方式,合法性叙事指征着一种必不可少的价值立场,它以“追问”的方式寻求对于某种价值存在的积极有效的辩护力量。合法性概念所蕴含的“反思式”叙事以及对“认同感”和“尊严性”的价值诉求,从“检讨”和“建构”两重维度提供了一个现代性语境下分析价值观教育问题的有效诠释视域。在合法性叙事的分析框架内,面向价值观教育的合法性质疑,构成现代文化深刻的主体转向的一部分;价值观教育的合法性危机揭示出真正意义上的价值权威被扭曲和被贬损的状况;价值观教育的合法性重建要求某种忠实于自己同时也得到他人承认的尊严的获得。
Legitimacy narration, as a unique way of understanding the relevant problems, represents an indispensable value stand. It seeks, by a way of "detailed enquiry", the positive and effective defensive power for some existing value. The "reflective" narration and the appeal to the value of "identity" and "dignity" that are conceived in legitimate concept under contemporary context, supply an effective interpretative prospect for analyzing the issue of ideological education from both the "study" and "construction" perspectives. And within the analytical framework of legitimacy narration, there have arisen doubts on the legitimacy of the value education, the latter of which constitutes part of a subjective turn in the modern culture. In fact, the legitimacy crisis of ideological education reveals the situation in which the true value authority is distorted and depreciated; and its reconstruction requires the dignity that is on the one hand loyal to the subject himself and on the other hand acknowledged by others.
