摘要
通过查阅相关文献资料及专家访谈,进行实验设计,对受试对象随机分组,一组为对照组,一组为负重训练组。实验前后分别进行纵跳、立定跳远及50m冲刺测试,并对所得的数据进行分析,得出穿背心及踝负重训练的成绩明显高于对照组。并对穿负重背心及踝负重训练方法提出了一些建议。
Based on literature study and interviews with experts, the author designs an experiment on the weight training in which subjects are divided into 2 groups: One is the control group and the other is vest and ankle weighting group. Two tests are performed before and after the experiment. Through the analysis of the raw data, we conclude that the vest and ankle weighting group's result is better than that of the control group. And we also give some suggestions on how to perform the training with wearing weight vests and ankle weights.
