诺唯本加顺铂联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 为观察诺唯本(NVB)加顺铂(DDP),即NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的近期疗效及毒副反应,采用NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌36例,均为初治病人,NVB 25mg/m2第1天、第8天快速静脉滴注,DDP120mg第1天静滴,每3周重复,每例完成2个周期化疗后评价疗效。结果,本组总有效率为44.44%,部分缓解(PR)16例(44.44%),稳定(NC)8例(22.22%),进展(PD)12例(33.33%)。主要毒副反应是骨髓抑制,其中白细胞下降发生率达83.33%,恶心、呕吐达50%。说明NP方案治疗晚期NSCLC,疗效好,毒副反应可耐受。
