摘要
在无碱金属离子存在下,采用四丁基氢氧化铵及1,6-己二胺模板剂,全面探讨以硅溶胶、正硅酸乙酯硅源,硫酸钛、氯化钛及钛酸四丁酯为钛源,在异而醇或过氧化氢的保护下合成TS-2沸石.对产品作了必要的物性表征,深入研究了TS-2沸石催化羟基化氧化反应条件,得到了较好的结果.
In the absence of Na+ (K+ ) and under the protection of isopropanol or H2O2, TS-2 was synthesized using TBAOH and 1, 6-hexanediamine as templates, silica sol and tetraethyl orthosilicate as silicon sources and titanium sulfate titanium chloride and tetra butyl titanate as titanium sources. Our synthetic route for TS-2 using 1, 6-hexanediamine as the template and silica sol, titanium sulfate and trtanium trichloride as the sources was the first reported so far. Because of the difference between the sources, the synthetic conditions were different accordingly. We thoroughly investigated the synthesis and characterization, especially conditions of the hydroxylating by TS-2 as the catalyst and obtained the better results.
