脑源性神经营养因子的研究现状及应用前景 被引量:15

摘要 脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)是神经营养因子(neurotr ophic factors,NTFs)家族成员之一,对周围和中枢神经元的生存、分化、生长和维持神经元正常的生理功能起关键作用。本文就BDNF的结构、受体、功能及应用前景作一综述。
