摘要
提出一种空心阴极放电等离子烧结方法,对该种工艺的加热功率特性和应用进行了试验研究。结果表明,放电加热功率的大小与空腔尺寸、放电电压和工作气压有关,在满足空心阴极效应的条件下,空腔尺寸越小,放电电压和工作气压越高,加热功率越大。空心阴极烧结工艺可制备出致密度高,导热性能好的AIN陶瓷和较高致密度的铈钨样品。
A method of plasma sintering by Hollow Cathode Discharge (HCD) was given in this paper and the heating power characteristic and application was investigated. The results show that discharge is related to the dimension of cavity, the voltage of discharge and the pressure of work gas. Under the condition of meeting HCD effect, the smaller the dimension of cavity and the higher the pressure of work gas and the discharge voltage, the larger the power of discharge. Cerium-tungsten and AIN ceramics pieces with high density were obtained by the hollow cathode plasma sintering.
