犬后肢枪弹伤后脑正电子发射型断层显像实验研究

摘要 目的探讨肢体枪弹伤对脑功能的影响。方法制作6只犬实验模型,分别于左后肢枪击伤前后进行脑18F-FDG-PET(氟代脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射断层显像)显像及犬脑组织病理学检查,观察对比枪伤前后PET图像且进行统计学处理。结果脑PET图像判读:比较枪伤前后犬脑PET图像,枪伤后犬大脑皮层代谢普遍性增高,右侧额、顶、颞、枕叶放射性增高明显。统计学处理:枪伤前后犬脑单位时间放射性计数的均值、最小值、最大值统计比较,枪伤后犬脑18F-FDG代谢明显增加,其均值显著增加,与枪伤前比较差异具有显著性(P<0.01),其最大值亦明显增加,与枪伤前北比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。病理检查:光镜下脑组织未见明显异常变化。结论肢体枪弹伤后脑葡萄糖代谢明显增高。 [Objective] To investigate the changes of brain function after gunshot wounds in dog limbs. [Methods] Brain 18F-FDG PET images were underwent in six dogs with pre- and post- gunshot wounds of limbs. Their images were analyzed and compared. Brain radioactivity minimum, mean value, maximum pixels were calculated by statistics software. Pathological examinations were underwent in brain tissue. [Results] The 18F-FDG accumulation was increased in whole brain cortex, particular in right frontal lobe, parietal lobe, occipital lobe, temporal lobe in post-gunshot wounds group. The brain radioactivity counts were higher in post-gunshot wounds group with statistically significant difference. The difference was more prominent in mean value (P 〈0.01). There were no changes under light microscope in brain tissues. [Conclusion] The brain glucose metabolism was increased after gunshot wound in dog limb.
