摘要
结合防架桥高精度计量喂料系统、螺杆和筒体组合技术和单、双螺杆衔接体、单螺杆等关键部件,对单、双螺杆组合的一步法板材挤出设备的设计进行了描述。将该设备用于高填充乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物(填充比为70%,质量分数,下同)的板材挤出,对其挤出工艺进行了研究,结果表明,该设备生产的产品废品率为传统设备的40%- 60%,能耗为传统设备的70%-80%。
A special equipment was developed for the one-step sheet extrusion based on the anti-bridge high-precision measuring feeding system, technology of screw and barrels' configuration, joining structure of single-screw and twin-screw extruder, and was applied to the highly filled EVA system (70 wt % ). The technology in this processing line was studied. By using the above equipment, the rate of spoiling is 40 %- 60 %, energy consumption is 70 % -80 % that of traditional machines.
