摘要
为了验证掺入聚丙烯纤维的方法提高混凝土路面耐久性指标的可行性,进行了聚丙烯纤维混凝土路面耐久性的室内试验研究,探讨了不同纤维体积掺量对混凝土路面抗冻性和抗裂性的影响。实验表明,聚丙烯纤维的加入显著改善了混凝土路面的抗冻性能,表现为聚丙烯纤维混凝土路面受冻后抗折强度和抗压强度的损失明显降低,而聚丙烯纤维的加入对混凝土路面干燥收缩的影响不大,聚丙烯纤维可以有效改善混凝土路用耐久性指标。
To demonstrate the feasibility of increasing the durability of concrete pavement by incorporating polypropylene(PP) fibers, indoor tests were made to study the effects of different fiber volumes on the freeze resistance and crack resistance of the pavement. The tests showed that the addition of PP fibers significantly improved the freeze resistance of the pavement but had little impact on its drying shrinkage. This means that PP fibers can improve the durability of concrete pavement.
