摘要
本文以玉米芯为纤维素原料，利用蒸爆技术对纤维素原料进行预处理，再进一步在纤维素酶催化下制备葡萄糖．用正交设计法优化了预处理条件一压力、时间、酸浓度对原料中半纤维素水解生成五碳糖的影响；并研究了蒸爆预处理对酶解纤维素的影响。
In this paper. we studied that steam-explosion pretreatment had an influence on the yield of glucose from cornfuse, and determined the optimum pretreatment conditions for producing reducing sugarsby orthogonal experiment.
