摘要
本文对刨削去皮机的主要结构参数(推速、刀杆上的仿形力、刀杆的倾角等)进行了初步的试验研究。试验结果表明:利用刨削的原理来设计去皮机械是可行的;对于刨削去皮机来讲,影响去皮率的主要因素是刀杆上的仿形力,其次是推杆的推速,而刀杆的倾角对其影响不大;为使刨削去皮机具有良好的工作性能,仿形力必须是变力。即在刨削初始阶段,仿形力要小,随后仿形力要大,仿形力的范围为2~5kg。
The structure parmeters (dip of knife rod, speed of push rod, profiling force of knife rod) of Hami melon rind planer were studied in test installation Experimantal results shows: It is posible to design a rind planer with plane principle; There are two parameters in affecing rind rate of rind planer. Proffiling force of kinfc rod is primary parameter. Speed of push rod is second, but dip of kinfe rod is not affective; Good function of operating for Hami melon rind planer can be attained by changing profiling force of kinfe rod. In initial stage of planing it shoud be smaller, soon afterwards it should bc greater. Profiling force should bc between 2 and 5kg.
