摘要
心理减肥常常被人们所忽视,但不能否认它在减肥中的重要作用。在心理学越来越被重视的今天,心理减肥已经提到一个不可再被忽视的位置,并开始受到越来越多减肥专家和肥胖人士的重视。然而心理减肥的专门性研究却较少见。在对青少年女性健康减肥的实验研究,即通过科学饮食、运动等进行生理减肥取得成效的同时,心理减肥引起了我们的重视,只要引导得好,就会起到更好的减肥效果。
As an important element of losing weight, psychological losing weight is often neglected by people. With the development of psychology, people are paying more and more attention to this method. With scientific diet and sport, the experimental team believes that the psychological losing weight method can be great helpful to people with the right direction, and an ideal result can be got.
