摘要
国外一般从中小企业基本立法、为中小企业创造公平市场竞争环境的立法、为扶持中小企业发展的税收立法等方面入手,用多种法律手段为中小企业的健康发展创造良好的法律环境。目前,我国中小企业处在法律不健全的气候之下,可以此为鉴完善相关的法律制度,为中小企业健康发展创造良好的法律环境。
Many countries in the world have made good legal conditions for small and medium corporation development from basic lawmaking, fair market competition and revenue. There is short of perfect legal environment for small and medium corporation development in our country. We should improve the legal environment for them using overseas experience for reference.
