摘要
学习性组织作为学习型社会的基石,其理论研究是一项十分重要而紧迫的课题。本文从学习性组织与学习型社会的关系入手,论述了学习型组织的缘起及其内涵,阐明了学习型组织创建的必要性和策略问题。
As the foundation of a learning- style society, the research on learning organization is important and urgent. From the rehtionship of learning organization and learning - style society, this thesis discusses the origin of learning organization and its connotation, clarifying the necessity and tactics about the formation of learning organization.
