以学习型组织理论为指导，通过不断创新生产准备管理工作，经过两年多的实践，新区和新二区所有新投产项目均实现了预先制定的“确保一个月，力争10天达产”的目标。
Abstract： With Learning organization theories for guide, through continuously innovative management of production-preparation, through the fulfillment of more than two years, all of new projects of the New Area and the Second New Area are has attained the the aim of ＂ to insure within a month, to work hard within 10 days to achieve production capability＂ constituted in advance.
