摘要
迈进新的世纪,中国已经进入全面建设小康社会的关键时期。在当前改革触及到深层次矛盾、社会发生急剧变化的历史条件下,如何化解社会矛盾,协调社会关系,特别是正确处理与人们切身利益密切相关的收入分配关系,成为稳定社会秩序的关键环节。建立合理的收入分配制度,公平分配,是社会和谐发展的重要基础。
Stepping into the new century, China has entered a crucial stage of building an overall well-off society. Under the current historical condition, when reforms touch on deep-seated contradictions and abrupt changes take place in our society, how to resolve social contradictions and coordinate social relationships, particularly to correctly deal with incomedistribution that is closely related with people＇s vital interest, has become a key link in stabilizing the social order. Therefore, to establish a system of equitable income distribution and to guarantee distribution fairness turn out to be the important basis for the harmonious development of society.
