摘要
通过地区之间、企业之间社会保障的不平衡和性别对社会保障的不同需求对大学生就业影响的分析,揭示了我国在大学生就业去向的配套政策上存在着薄弱环节,社会保障水平对大学生就业去向存在明显影响。
Through analyzing the influence of the different demands of the three aspects of the unbalance of the social security among regions and enterprises and the sex on the employment of the university students, this paper reveals the weak links existing in the auxiliary policies on the employment of the university students, and the social security level has obvious influence on the employment of the university students.
