摘要
从以人为本的含义及意义、以人为本的知识管理、以人为本的管理创新等方面,论述了在知识经济时代,高校图书馆管理中“以人为本”的知识管理的重要性。
From aspects of the meanings and significance of the people-based concept, the people-based knowledge management, and the people-based managerial innovation, etc., this paper discusses on the importance of carrying out the people-based knowledge management in university library in the knowledge-based economy times.
