摘要
目的 观察方克（替加氟注射液）、奥沙利铂（L-OHP）联合亚叶酸钙（LV）治疗晚期结直肠癌的疗效和毒副作用。方法 病理检查确诊的30例晚期结直肠癌患者给予L-OHP130mg／m^2静滴2h，第1天；LV 100mg／m^2静滴2h，第1～5天；方克800 mg／m^2静滴3h，第1～5天。每3周重复。结果 总有效率为39．3％，中位生存期11．6个月，中位无进展生存期9．5个月．PS评分恢复快。结论 方克、奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙方案治疗晚期结直肠癌，疗效确切，不良反应小，患者生活质量较高，值得进一步研究。
Objective To determine the activity and side-effect of tegarfur injection combined with L-OHP and 5-Fu as the therapy for advanced colorectal cancer. Methods 30 patients, proved pathologically, were given the intravenous administration of tegafur（800 mg/m^2, 1-5 d）, leucovorin（100 mg/m^2, 1-5 d） and L-OHP（130 mg/m^2, 1 d）. Results The response rate was 39.3%, while the median time to progression was 9.5 months with median survival time of 11.6 months. With respect to QOL, the same PS was achieved quickly. Conclusion The intravenous administration of tegafur, leucovorin and L-OHP is a well-tolerated, effective, and feasible schedule for advanced colorectal cancer. So prospective trials are warranted to be worth while.
