摘要
阐述了模拟金属大变形成形所用的塑性有限元二维及三维网格重划技术的理论和实 现方法,包括网格干涉与畸变的判据,网格局部调整与重划的理论与方法,新旧网格节点变形场 量的信息传递方法,以及网格重划技术在金属锻造成形工艺的过程模拟和工序优化设计中的 应用举例,探讨了金属成形数值模拟研究中网格重划技术的研究方向。
Remeshing techniques are very important in numerical simulation of metal forming processes. This paper provides a clear overall picture of the 2-D and 3-D FEM (finite element method) remeshing techniques, including interference criterion and mesh degeneracy criterion, the theory and the procedures of automatic mesh renoding and remeshing, the transformation methods of the state variables between the old mesh system and the new one. It gives the example of remeshing techniques used in numerical simulation of optimal forming procedure of railroad wheels. It points out the trends of the remeshing techniques of numerical simulation of metal forming processes.
