摘要
近年来,随着法学研究的转向,有关法学方法、法律方法的研究逐渐成为法学研究中的“显学”。而在法律方法研究中,法律推理越来越受到学者的关注。本文就我国学者对法律推理问题的研究进行评述,目的是清晰人们对法律推理的认识。
In recent years, along with law research tendency, study of law method and legal methods increasely become the ＂hot topic＂ in law research. In the research of legal methods, more attention is paid to legal reasoning by the scholars. Commending on the researches of legal reasoning is to clear people＇s understanding about legal reasoning.
