摘要
目的提高对老年食管癌患者术后早期应用中药辅助肠内营养支持的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析 130例老年食管癌病人术后早期中药辅助肠内营养组的资料。结果中药辅助肠内营养组和肠内营养组术后第8 天比对照组的血清前白蛋白、转铁蛋白水平高;中药辅助组和肠内营养组IgA、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+均显著高于对照组。所有病人均无吻合口瘘、死亡及其他严重并发症。结论食管癌术后早期中药辅助进行肠内营养,可以显著降低肠内营养并发症的发生率,有效的促进和恢复胃肠功能,改善病人的营养状况。
Objective: To study the change of early post - operative enterat nutrition assisted with the traditional Chinese medicine on nutrional status and immunity for old patients with esophageal cancer, and to evaluate effect of enteral nutrition assisted with the traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 130 patients with esophageal cancer were randomized into enteral nutrition assisted with the traditional Chinese medicine group and enteral nutrition group and the control group. Results On pod8, serum PAB, TRF, IgA, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8 + levels in the enteral nutrition assisted with the traditional Chinese medicine group and enteral nutrition group were significant higher than the control group. Conclusions The early post - operative enteral nutrition assisted with the traditional Chinese medicine in old patients with esophageal cancer, decrease the incidence of complication in enteral nutrition and improve the nutrional status and immune function for patients.
