摘要
针对目前南京部分高校图书馆实行“人才租赁”制度的情况进行了探讨。首先对这种制度作了简要介绍,阐述了它在图书馆应用的意义;针对目前这种制度的应用现状,提出了几点不足,并分析其原因;最后,就图书馆如何更好地实施“人才租赁”制度提出了几点建议。
This paper makes some discussions aimed at the personnel lease system. Firstly, it makes some introductions of the system briefly, and then expounds the signification of its implementation in the library. Based on the current status the system implementation, it puts forward some shortages and analyzes the reasons causing the problems. At last, the paper makes some suggestions on how to apply the personnel lease system better.
