提供一种高精度矢量汉字的填充算法．该算法适合于各种高精度矢量汉字，算法简洁，并且具有较高的效率．
This paper supplies a kind of filling arithmetic for highly precise vector Chinesef characters. The arithmetic is fit for all kinds of highly precise vector Chinese charactors, and this arithmetic is simple and better effective.
