摘要
采用一期开放切除术治疗膀胱癌合并前列腺增生症１４例，效果满意。１４例中初发肿瘤８例，复发肿瘤６例。术后随访９一１０４个月，平均５１．３个月，无１例膀胱肿瘤复发，也未发现前列腺窝有肿瘤种植。主张同期切除，就其理由及适应证进行讨论。
Simultaneous resection of bladder cancer and transvesical prostatectomy were performed for 14 patients with concomitant bladder cancer and prostatic hyperplasia with satisfactory result.The patients have been followed up for 9-104 months with an average of 51.3 months.Neither recurrence nor implantation of the tumor to the prostatic bed has been noted.The procedure was recommended for such patients.
