摘要
研究了3种不同来源的7个菌株的菌丝培养特征和农艺性状,还将7个菌株进行了两两对峙培养,结果表明,克隆菌株和多孢分离菌株与保藏菌株间菌丝生长速率、密度、色泽及现蕾时间等方面没有明显差异,任意两菌株间均无拮抗,但所有分离菌株的子实体形态特征及产量均不如保藏菌株。
The mycclia growth characteristics and agronomical characters of Seven strains, which come from tree types, were studied in this paper. Meantime, the .seven strains, which were used in dual culture, did not show antagonistic effects between whatever two strains. The results showed that the mycelia growth rate, density, color and the primordial formation time of clone strains and multi-spore isolation strains were almost the same as that of the preservation strain. But the forms of the fruit bodies and the yields of all the clone or isolation strains were worse than that of the preservation strain.
