“成长”是青少年生命历程中的一个重要内涵,也是文学表现的重要内容。王蒙的《组织部新来的青年人》这篇小说所表现的一个年轻人的心灵和精神在社会规范下的成长这一事实,对我们今天仍然有启发意义。
Growing up is an important theme in any adolescent＇s life. It is also what literary works tend to express. The novel, A New Employee in the Organizing Department by Wangmeng depicts the growth of a youth＇s soul and spirit under the Chinese social norms. This is still significant to us today.
