摘要
实时空间信息服务是第四代GIS的研究热点之一。本文在对实时空间信息服务研究的空间信息技术、RTPS技术、WebService技术进行分析与探讨的基础上,详细分析和论述了系统的总体结构、功能模块和工作流程,并通过实验系统予以验证。
The Real-time Spatial Information Service （RTSIS） is one of the research focuses about the fourth generation GIS. Based on between analysis and discussion to spatial information technology, RTPS technology, Web Service technology about the research of RTSIS, the paper analysed and described systematic architecture, function module and workflow in detail. Then it designed and realized the experimental system.
