摘要
攻击的生理机制是近年来该领域的研究重点之一.已有研究发现,性激素是造成攻击行为的性别差异的重要因素.体内5-HT的浓度越低,攻击性越高.激素通过下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺轴对攻击行为产生影响.颞叶和前额叶与攻击有关,这在人类病理及健康被试均得以证实.但攻击行为的生理机制仍不清楚,论文总结了该领域研究存在的不足并展望进一步的研究趋势.
The physiological mechanism of aggressive behaviors is one of the research focuses. Previous studies have found many conclusions. Testosterone plays an important role that results in the gender difference of aggressive behaviors. Inverse relationships between indexes of 5 - HT function and aggression have been reported. The hormone affects aggtressive behaviors thought hypothalalmic - pituiary - adrenal axis. The human patholongical evidences and normal adults' studies have proved that temporal lobe and prefrontal lobe possibly has a close relation to aggression. But the physiological mechanism of aggressive behaviors has not been clarified. The deficiency of the domain is summarized and the studies trends in future is respected.
