微血管减压辅助神经梳理术治疗原发性面肌痉挛 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨微血管减压辅助神经梳理治疗面肌痉挛的手术方法及疗效。方法对144例患者采取显微血管减压辅助神经梳理手术,并对手术径路、神经梳理平面及神经血管隔离方法进行改良。术后追踪随访1～9年,平均(4±3.5)年。结果手术总有效率为100%,除1例听力明显下降外,未发生脑脊液漏、颅内感染、出血、永久性面肌瘫痪等严重并发症。结论微血管减压辅助神经梳理是治疗面肌痉挛较为理想的方法,手术疗效好、创伤小、并发症少。
