摘要
目的 提高阴茎延长效果，降低术后并发症，保持阴茎已经延长的长度。方法 在局部麻醉下，采用“V—Y”形小切口和改进的手术方法，实施微创阴茎延长术。结果 本组患者1200例，术后7～10d，在静态生理下测量阴茎长度，平均延长3～4cm。结论 本方法具有手术时间短，费用低，痛苦小，无须住院等优点，术中注意创面处理及耻骨前关窗以及有效地引流，是保证术后延长效果的关键。
Objective Improve the effect on the extended penis, decrease the postoperative side- effects, maintain the length of the extended part of the penis. Methods Under the local anesthesia, the penis elongation was performed by using the ＂V- Y＂ shape tiny incsion. Results Total 1200 cases were performed the penis elongation surgery by using the ＂V- Y＂ shape tiny incsion. The extended length on average is 3- 4 cm at 7 - 10 dats postoperatively on static state physiology. There was significant difference in length before and after operation. Conclusion The surgery is an effective and safe withless time, less payment, and less pain, it does not need to stay in the hospital. It is necessary for keeping the extended length to make the wound smoothly, dose the wound in front of the pubis, and led successfully the waste body fluid coming out of the body by the tube naturally.
