摘要
[目的]探讨3种化学致癌物诱发细胞恶变后tankyrasemRNA的表达。[方法]用反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术检测正常细胞和恶性转化细胞tankyrasemRNA的表达。[结果]tankyrasemRNA在转化细胞中的表达高于正常细胞。[结论]3种化合物诱发的细胞恶性转化涉及了tankyrase活性改变,提示tankyrasemRNA高表达可能与化学致癌有关。
[ Objective ]-To study the expression of tankyrase in malignant transformed human bronchial epithelial cells induced by three chemical carcinogens. [ Methods ] Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction ( RT-PCR )was used to measure the expression of tankyrase mRNA in 16HBE and malignant transformed cells. [ Results ] The expression of tankyrase in malignant transformed cells was higher than that in normal cells.[Conclusion ] The overexpression of tankyrase in the transformed cells might be assoctiated to the chemical carcinogenesis.
