摘要
文章分析了我国外商投资造林公司在经营和管理过程中所存在的一些主要问题,包括林地管理、林业税费、林农权益、林木限额采伐和环境保护等方面的相关问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的应对措施,认为应该依法依规地加强林地资源的管理、进一步降低林业税费、加强外商与我国政府有关部门的合作、强化对林农权益的保障、改革林木限额采伐制度、明确外商投资造林公司的环保责任。
This paper analyses some problem of afforestation in alien merchant＇s investment company, it include woodland＇s management, forestry expenses of taxation, fights and interests of forest farmer, forest cutting ceiling and environmental protection in forest management, then this article major discusses a series of corresponding countermeasures for these problem.
