摘要
对厚4mm的铝合金5A05/纯铜C11000(T2)薄板的搅拌摩擦焊接头组织结构进行了研究。结果表明:当焊接前进速度为1~3mm/s,转速为1100r/min时,在搅拌头轴肩下大约1mm处出现无序混合的涡流状薄层间混结构。采用扫描电镜、电子探针、金相显微镜等测试方法对接头的显微组织特征进行了分析,焊核区及其两侧的塑性转变区主要由细小的动态再结晶晶粒组成。
The microstructures of 4 mm friction stir welding joint of 5A05/C11000(T2)at a traversing speed of 1-3 mm/s and a rotation speed of 1100 r/min are analyzed.The results indicate that variation vortex and swirl-like intercalations appear under the shoulder(about 1 mm).The microstructures of the stirred zone for the FSW joint are analyzed by means of SEM,EPMA and optical metallographic test.Dynamically recrystallized fine grains are found in the stirred zone and near the transition region.Aluminum alloy diffusion in the pure copper side diffusing is twice as much as the pure copper diffusion in the aluminum alloy side.
