摘要
电加热抽稠泵是将整筒抽油泵和电加热抽油杆结合为一体的抽油泵。当地面供电设备通过电缆使电热杆杆体发热,尾管中的稠油被加热,黏度降低,流动性增加,抽油泵即可抽出稠油。在辽河油田冷37-166井和冷37-168井的现场试验表明,原油黏度分别为SPa·s和10Pa·s时,电加热抽稠泵泵效分别达到64%和70%,成功地解决了高黏稠油的开采难题。
The electric heating subsurface pump is a pump combining the monobarrel pump with the electric heating sucker rod. When the rod is heated by electric energy supplied by surface equipment and transmitted by cable, the viscosity of the viscous oil in the tail pipe is reduced and the oil can be pumped.Field test shows that the efficiency of the electric heating subsurface pump reaches 64% and 70% respectively when the viscosity of the crude oil is 8Pa.s and 10Pa.s.
