摘要
项目一次性和中西方文化差异是中国项目管理问题根源所在。项目组织文化和企业文化不同,具有特殊性。讨论了中国儒道释一体的传统文化对项目管理中“软问题”和PMBOK中的“软模块”有深刻的影响。论述了基于中国文化的项目管理应当在沟通、人力资源、合同、管理道德等方面推动理论创新和实践。
Projects one-off nature and the difference between Chinese and Western cultures are the root of project management problem in China. Project organization culture is particular and not the same as corporation culture. Integration of Confucianism, Daoism and Buddhism imposed profoundly on the ＂soft problem＂ and PMBOK ＂soft module＂ in project management. More theoretic inovation and practice on communication, human resource, contract management and morality of management, etc., should he developed.
