摘要
针对流程重组过程所面临的高风险性,以及存在较多的不易量化因素,通过运用层次分析法对这些风险因素进行量化,然后在流程重组过程和风险评价之间建立基于流程重组项目的闭环系统,形成反馈机制,从而提高流程重组过程对风险认识的可视化程度,并且降低风险应对的难度和决策风险,同时促进流程的不断重组和资源优化,实现持续改进。
Due to the high-risk proposition and many difficut quantization factors about the BPR, these factors are measured by AHP. Then the closed-loop system of the BPR project is constructed between the BPR group and risk value, and form the feedback mechanism. Thus improve visual degree of risk cognition and reduce the degree of difficulty and decision-making risk. At the same time it can promote the continual reengineering and resource＇s optimization, and realize sostenuto improvement.
