摘要
传统的以PLC作为硬件的控制系统在设计程序时大多采用设计流程图的方式。本文详细介绍了以PLC作为硬件控制器,采用软件工程中面向对象的范型,对广东英德市长湖电厂200t桥式起重机控制软件进行的设计及其应用。控制软件的实际运行表明,所设计的控制系统调试周期短、运行稳定而且可靠性很高,不仅确保了发电机转子的成功吊装,而且为其它以PLC作为硬件控制器的工程项目在设计方法上提供另外一种选择。
The traditional control system based on PLC always uses the flow chart . This paper describes in details how to design the 200 ton bridge crane control system software of ChangHu Power Plant YinDe city Guandong province by OO method which is using the PLC as the hardware controller . The application practice shows that the control system software designed by OO method is easy to use and very steady and with short debugging time . The projection susccssness provides another designing method selection for simular projection .
