摘要
目的:评价X线和CT对肺挫伤的诊断价值。方法:参阅20余篇有关肺挫伤的文献,对其做一综述。结果:总结分析肺挫伤的病因、病理、X线征象和CT表现,探讨X线和CT对肺挫伤的诊断价值。结论:胸部X线检查是诊断肺挫伤的重要手段,因其存在一定局限性,及时行CT扫描检查,会为肺挫伤的早期诊断提供更多的信息。
Objective： To assess the diagnosis value of X-ray and CT in lung trauma. Methods： Reading more than 20 articles about lung trauma and summarizing them. Results： The causes of disease, pathology, apperantes of X-ray and CT of lung trauma were summarized and analyzed, the diagnosis value of X-ray and CT in lung trauma were discussed. Conclusion：X-ray in chest is the important method of diagnosis in lung trauma. For the limitation of X-ray examination, proper CT examination is necessary to provide more informations for early diagnosing lung trauma.
