摘要
目的:进一步了解咳嗽变异型哮喘的相关知识,减少临床上的误诊。方法:查阅文献,综合论点。结果和结论:咳嗽变异型哮喘是以慢性咳嗽为主要或唯一临床表现的一种特殊类型的哮喘,任何年龄均可发病,在慢性咳嗽中的构成比较高,常被误诊。随着免疫遗传学和分子生物学的不断发展,对咳嗽变异型哮喘的研究已逐步深入,本文就咳嗽变异性哮喘的研究进展进行文献复习。
Objective： To learn about related knowledge of cough variant asthma, for lessening clinical misdiagnosis. Methods： Looking up literatures and summarizing points. Results anti Conclusion： The cough variant asthma was a kind of special asthma presenting chronic cough. Patients with cough variant asthma onsets at any age. Much constituent ratio of chronic cough was cough variant asthma, which was usually misdiagnosed. With the development of immunogeneties and molecular biology, study of cough variant asthma gets thorough. This article reviews recent study on cough variant asthma.
