摘要
本文对NTC热敏电阻材料的各种制备方法以及特点给予了评述,特别详细介绍了溶腔-凝胶方法在热敏电阻制备技术上的应用。并介绍了应用SEM(Scanning electron microscopy,SEM)与电阻测试等方法研究材料的晶粒大小、形貌特征及材料电阻的实验手段。从目前的大量工作表明溶胶-凝胶技术制备热敏电阻具有高效和实用开发价值。
The methods and characteristics about the preparation of the negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistor were reviewed in this paper. The application of the sol - gel method in fabricating of NTC thermistor was mentioned especially, and the experimental methods of SEM (Scanning electron microscopy) and resistance measurement to investigate the size of the micro - structure and morphology of materials after sintered were introduced. Many experimental results indicated that the NTC thermistor prepared by the sol - gel method has high precision and practical value for application.
