摘要
技术创新战略正越来越成为企业经营战略体系的核心内容。中小企业应该从市场推力与拉力、技术拉力、企业家以及政府的指导政策与激励政策等五个方面完善技术创新机制,从市场与技术两个维度选择技术创新战略,依据自身特点从市场增长能力与技术增长能力两个维度进行技术创新的路径选择。
The strategy of technical innovation is increasingly becoming the core content of corporate operation strategy system. Small and medium enterprises should perfect their technical innovation mechanism from the five aspects of market pushing and pulling forces, technical pulling force, entrepreneurs, the guiding policies of the government and the corporate motivation policy, choose their technical innovation strategy from the twodimensions of the market and technology, and select their path of technical innovation from the two dimensions of market growth capacity and technological growth capacity in light of their own characteristics.
