摘要
[目的]探讨跟骨关节内骨折有效治疗方法。[方法]采用钢针撬拨复位克氏针内固定结合中药治疗51例。[结果]38例得到随诊,其中优29例,良6例,差3例。[结论]钢针撬拨复位内固定合中药治疗跟骨关节内骨折是一种行之有效的方法。
[Objective] Explore effective method for calcaneus joint fracture. [Method] Treat 51 cases with internal fixation of steel needle pry-poking reposition and Chinese drug. [Result] 38 cases are treated at clinic, among which, 29 cases better, 6 good, 3 bad. [Conclusion] It is an effective way to treat calcaneus joint fracture.
