摘要
目的:分析不同的曝光条件对于CR影像质量的影响。方法:用CR摄人体足标本,采用不同曝光条件,进行正位摄片,然后对胶片影像进行密度测定,从而判定CR影像的质量。结果:CR系统输出影像的密度值并不完全受曝光量大小控制,通过后处理功能总能获得适合人眼观察的照片密度,但并不能达到各个点标准密度值的要求。结论:找出或者利用最小的适宜曝光量,取得符合诊断要求的CR片,减少对患者的辐射剂量。
Objective: To analyze the relationship between CR film quality and different exposal doses. Methods: CR films of a cadaveric foot were taken on the front view by using different exposal doses. Then CR film quality was evaluated by film density measured on these films. Results: The density of CR/DR film was not impacted by the exposal dose exactly. Film density adapted to observer's eyes could be achieved by post processing. But it could not meet the needs of standard density value of every point. Conclusion: CR films for diagnosing should be taken with minimum appropriate exposal dose in order to reduce the radiation quantity exposed to patients.
