摘要
分析了交-交变频器输出电压、电流和时间谐波磁势的谐波族特征,指出了该特征对电动机运行噪声的影响.提出了一种改进Mallat算法,并运用该算法对运行噪声进行了小波分析.该算法的计算量和占用的存储空间较标准Mallat算法均减少了49.6%.同时,运用基于小波分析的频带能量法提取运行噪声的特征.经实验验证:电动机负载增加,运行噪声的86~172 Hz频带能量呈现一致性增加,该频带能量可以作为反映负载变化的主要特征.
The characteristics of harmonic cluster of output voltage, output current and time harmonic magnetic potential of AC-AC frequency converter is analyzed. The running noise of motor affected by the characteristics of harmonic cluster is pointed out. An improved Mallat algorithm is put forward. The running noise is analyzed by the wavelet analysis using the algorithm, calculating time and the using memory of the improved algorithm is less than that of the standard Mallat algorithm by 49.6%. The frequency band energy method based on the wavelet analysis is used for getting the characteristics of the running noise. The frequency band energy of the running noise in 86-172 Hz increases conformably as the load of motor increases. The above frequency band energy can be acted as the main characteristics for reflecting the load change of motor.
