摘要
以对乙酰氨基苯甲醛、间乙酰氨基苯乙酮为原料经两步反应合成具有光敏性能的1-(3-氨基苯基)-3-(4-氨基苯基)-2-丙烯-1-酮.采用溶液缩聚及化学亚胺化法制备了相应的光敏聚酰亚胺.光敏性二胺经液相色谱分析其纯度分别为99.92%,紫外可见最大吸收波长为349nm.光敏聚酰亚胺的耐热温度超过400℃,紫外可见最大吸收波长为365nm.所得方法操作简便,收率较高,原料易得.并用元素分析、核磁共振、红外光谱等手段对产物的结构进行了表征.
The photosensitive 1 - ( 3 - aminophenyl) - 3 - (4 - aminophenyl) - 2 - propen - 1 - one was prepared using the materials 3 - acetylacetanilide and 4 - acetamidobenzaldehyde through two steps of reaction. The corresponding photosensitive polyimide was synthesized by solution polymerization and chemically conversion. The purity was 99. 92% by the analysis of HPLC and the maximal absorption wavelength of uv - vis spectrum was 349nm. The heat -resist temperature of photosensitive polyimide was over 400℃ with the maximal absorption wavelength of uv - vis spectrum 365nm. The method had the advantages of cheapness, high yield and easy operation. Elemental analysis, HNMR and IR were used to characterize the target compounds.
